Today, a cancer diagnosis asks more of patients, their families, and caregivers than ever before, often in unexpected ways. Financial burdens abound, resources feel increasingly stretched thin, and the weight of navigating care continues to grow. And yet, resilience, optimism, and community remain constant.
Energized by the opportunity to deepen what has always been at the heart of our mission, we at Conquer enter 2026 with a renewed commitment to empower, educate, and embolden in thoughtful and meaningful ways. Alongside the patient stories, trusted resources, and informational articles you know and love, we are excited to introduce new ways for you to engage with the content and, more importantly, with one another.
Community has always been central to Conquer. It is found in shared stories, honest conversations, and the creative expression that so often helps folks make sense of their experience. Whether through words, art, or connection, these moments of camaraderie remind us that no one is navigating this journey alone.
We invite anyone and everyone affected by cancer to share their story with us in the format that feels right for them. We are committed to meeting contributors where they are and collaborating in a way that feels comfortable and authentic. Whether that means speaking on a podcast, writing an essay, participating in an interview-style Q&A, or expressing an experience through art or poetry, we are honored to help bring these stories to life.
Regardless of where you are on your journey, your story matters. Shared openly, these stories have the power to comfort, inspire, and remind others that they are not alone, often in ways the storyteller may never fully realize.
In the year ahead, we also look forward to placing a stronger focus on the realities of survivorship. When treatment ends, the journey does not, and the questions, reflections, and experiences that follow deserve space, visibility, and care.
If you have a story, a creative expression, or a resource you believe could support someone else along their path, we encourage you to submit it. If you have something to share but are unsure how best to do so, please reach out to us at
Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to share your voice with us.
