“With gratitude and determination, I engaged in a journey to heal from a breast cancer diagnosis. I started attending yoga, healthy steps, sound therapy, and art classes. Specifically, during restorative yoga and sound bath I consistently saw vivid colors and geometric shapes. The visualizations from these healing activities inspired me to create ‘Healing Cells.’ I also utilized words of strength and healing that I cut out from my radiation completion certificate.”
